Our standard delivery service is 3-5 days from when your order is placed. We use various carriers and whenever possible the packages are sent by a fully tracked service. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in this timeframe however, as there can sometimes be issues with any postal delivery service - including Royal Mail.
We do not currently offer international delivery outside of the UK mainland.
RETURNS
While we make every effort to ensure your product arrives with you in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes issues can arise in transit. If this is the case and/or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at hello@rawvelo.com and we will do whatever we can to help.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on food products but will be happy to discuss refunds and exchanges where necessary.
